The OMFG Matchup Report: Week 6 Fantasy Football Rankings, Projections, Injuries & Start/Sit

Five weeks into the season, fantasy managers are trying to determine which performances they can trust. A touchdown can rescue a quiet afternoon, and one long reception can turn limited involvement into a useful finish. The harder question comes when it is time to set the next lineup: Who actually controls the opportunities in these…

Week 6 Waiver Wire: Must-Add Players, Deep Sleepers, Streaming Options (2026 Fantasy Football)

Let’s take a look at who to target on your Week 6 Waiver Wire. In general, these players will be injury replacements or those I think have a chance to break out. Remember, it’s unlikely that someone here will be the next fantasy great, but you should find some low-end RB2s, WR3s, and bye-week starters…

Injury Info Booth (2026 Week 5)

Hello! Welcome to the “Injury Info Booth,” where we discuss the injuries that happened during the Week 5 games and give you information on how long the players will likely be out, who the “next man up” is to replace each injured player, and what to do. Think of it as an “info booth” for…

The OMFG Matchup Report: Week 5 Fantasy Football Rankings, Projections, Injuries & Start/Sit

Perception vs. Reality. A constant struggle that typically differentiates the informed from the vibers. “Why is scoring so low this year?” “Wide receivers are better than running backs.” “Tight ends are useless after the top five.” These are examples of questions and statements that have come across my feed over the past couple of weeks….

The OMFG Matchup Report: Week 4 Fantasy Football Rankings, Projections, Injuries & Start/Sit

I have repeatedly talked about how the fantasy football season is a war of attrition, but even I have to admit the number of expensive fantasy assets already hit by injuries is alarming this early. De’Von Achane is lost for the season with a torn ACL. A.J. Brown has been sidelined by a high ankle…

NFL Trade Deadline Winners and Losers

The 2025 NFL trade deadline was more wild than most, with a flurry of activity on Tuesday. Added to the deals made in recent days, there was a lot of movement on rosters. While we’re sure every team that made a trade thinks they were winners in the deal, the reality is that some situations…

Training Camp Battles: Wide Recievers

Training camps are starting. Football is almost here. With that comes fantasy drafts. With the rise of points per reception leagues (PPR), the wide receiver position has become more important. We all know the top guys, but there is always value to be found on the opposite sides of the field. Often, the second or…

Biggest Fantasy Comebacks 2025

Fantasy football is all about value, and few opportunities are better than a good resurgence. These players weren’t busts in 2024; they were derailed by injuries, poor situations, or plain bad luck. Now, they’re healthy, overlooked, and coming at a steep discount. Don’t let recency bias blind you these are the comeback stars who could…

Jaxson Dart vs Tyler Shough

I got a ton of flak for tweeting out that I believe Tyler Shough should be drafted before Jaxson Dart, in both redraft and dynasty leagues. Many people jumped on saying Dart was a WAY better prospect. That Dart will have a 10-year career, while Shough will get replaced in a year or two. My…

George Pickens Trade: Fantasy Impact

I think everyone was shocked to wake up two weeks after the NFL Draft to see that there was breaking Pittsburgh Steelers news. We were more shocked that it involved trading George Pickens and not an Aaron Rodgers signing. The Steelers dealt the young receiver to the Dallas Cowboys in exchange for a reported third-round…

Free Agency Roundup: Wide Receivers

Free agency has been all about the wide receivers. We have seen some big names released and signed elsewhere. We have seen numerous trades. All of which have an impact on fantasy football. While these aren’t the top guys they still impact players. Both positively and negatively. Let’s do a round-up on who wins and…

Javonte Williams Signing: Fantasy Winners & Losers

Javonte Williams has a new team. He signed a 1 year deal with the Dallas Cowboys for $ 3 million. Is this finally the “all in” for the Cowboys in free agency? Are they done making moves, or do they address other needs? Can Javonte revitalize his career back to his pre-injury form that fantasy…

Dynasty Deep Stashes: Feb ’25

It’s Dynasty Season. That means the plugged-in dynasty managers are looking for dynasty deep stash players. The guys might be on waivers or at the back end of others’ benches. The guys you can get thrown in on bigger trades. Dynasty deep stashes are players who you can get for free now and have high…

Fantasy Multiverse: New York Jets

The New York Jets have had season after season of hype. They have spent draft capital on skill positions. It seems like every year they have a new head coach that sparks promise of a turnaround. They have gone through veteran quarterbacks and dealt with injuries. Yet none of that has been able to get…
